Hannah Dakota Fanning (née le 23 février 1994), mieux connue sous le nom de Dakota Fanning, est une actrice américaine. La performance révolutionnaire de Fanning était dans I Am Sam en 2001. En tant qu'actrice enfant, elle a joué dans des films très médiatisés comme Man on Fire, War of the Worlds et Charlotte's Web. Fanning a commencé la transition vers des rôles plus adultes avec Hounddog et The Secret Life of Bees. Parmi les films récents, mentionnons The Twilight Saga et The Runaways.
